Good afternoon, Residents.
Everyone should be receiving the ballots for the 2026 Trustee Election this week, which will be decided strictly by write-ins since there were no nominations during the nomination period. Any resident who wishes to run as a write-in will have the opportunity to introduce themselves for up to three minutes at the HOA Meeting on Wednesday, November 4th. If any potential candidates wish to introduce themselves at that meeting, please contact Pete Albietz at 732-773-1253. Election day is Friday, November 13, 2026. Ballots must be received by 6:00 pm on that day.
